Refund Policy

Due to the digital and consultative nature of our online services, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions
You may choose to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund only in the following cases:
-A system error on our website prevents us from delivering the service as scheduled;
-The consultant is unable to provide the service on the booked date due to health or scheduling conflicts.

Rescheduling and Refund Process
-If an exception occurs, we will contact you promptly to offer a reschedule or full refund.
-If you choose to reschedule, we will confirm a new appointment at a mutually convenient time.
-If you choose a refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 7 business days after confirmation.
